This experience by far has been amazing. I can't say enough about this staff. Everyone was so welcoming. I've stayed in tons of hotels, however by far this one is my favorite. Bahama Mama is one of a kind. Her positivity, her light and her welcoming spirit is top notch. I can't wait to return with my family. We love the Belgrove!

I just returned from an incredible stay at the Belgrove Resort Hotel with my mom for her birthday. The service was absolutely impeccable. The pool staff was phenomenal especially Dejonae Leslie, Big Mama and our male server who made sure we had everything we needed. We also ate Lunch at Social 48, where Lisa our server and the hostess were absolutely amazing. The food was delicious! Every detail of the stay was top-notch, and I can’t wait to go back!

My sister and I spent Christmas Day at the resort using a resort pass, and it was such a great experience. The pass was very affordable and gave us access to the pool area, which included ping-pong tables, hammocks, cabanas with TVs, daybeds, a poolside restaurant, and so much more. One of the biggest perks was that the resort provided pool floats and sun tan lotion( for free) , which was a huge plus. We truly enjoyed our day, but the person who made it even more memorable was Bahama Mama. She is a breath of fresh air—sweet, funny, and incredibly outgoing. She’s a joy to interact with and truly enhances the vacation experience. You can tell she genuinely loves her job, and it shows in everything she does. She works hard and treats everyone like family. The Belgrove Resort and Spa in West Palm Beach is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft and luxurious. The free breakfast is also very good and much better than what most hotels offer. The pool is kept at the perfect temperature, and there are plenty of floats for guests to borrow. The resort’s car service runs once an hour and took us to the beach, where they set us up with chairs and towels, which was really convenient. The golf course is extremely nice and definitely worth checking out. The manager even got us onto the range on a day it was closed so we could hit some balls. Overall, the Belgrove Resort and Spa offers great value and has everything you’d want for a comfortable stay.

Nice Pet friendly hotel opened in 2025. They have an entire corner for your dog to get a snack and a toy! She LOVED it! Rooms are spacious and clean. Lots of open land to go walking. They offered a shuttle to downtown which was awesome. The burger was delicious and the server was very attentive. He brought water in a yeti dog bowl for my dog. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Eric was telling us about Palm Beach and WPB. Christian was very accommodating and professional. Fun ride back to the hotel. We did have a slight hiccup but Victoria made it right and very quickly. The entire staff was great making it a pleasurable weekend. They hosted the Palm Beach Food and Wine Kickoff party which was very nicely done. Shout out to the General Manager, Brittany, she is doing an outstanding job with keeping the hotel running smoothly. @marriott please recognize this hotel as an example of what more Marriotts should do for outstanding customer service.

Best hotel experience by far! Had a wonderful time here. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Victoria and Gabi at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed & excited to be there. They were the best! Would come back because of them! Pools are really nice, plenty of places to sit outside and the spa is great and super clean.

I recently visited on a day pass and had a wonderful experience. While the surrounding construction is a bit of an eyesore right now, once you’re inside, it’s fantastic. The property is beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was respectful and professional. Kudos to the GM, whatever you are doing is working and it shows. The pool area had a great ambience, and the live music was such a nice bonus. My server, Bahama Mama, was amazing—so friendly, attentive, and considerate. When I accidentally entered the wrong tip after ordering two drinks, she kindly double-checked with me in such a professional and respectful way, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to others. It’s a great spot to relax, and I loved the adorable little cabana seats for the kids.

My wife and I had an amazing 5-star experience at the Bell Grove Resort & Spa in West Palm Beach. The senior manager Jason, and our server Ana, made everything flawless. Top-notch hospitality. Beautiful ambiance, great service, excellent food and an A+ resort. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
